Terms of Use

Last updated November 4, 2026

By accessing or using GPP Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

GPP Lab provides analytical tools for daily fantasy sports research, lineup construction, simulation, and review. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful and only if you can form a binding agreement.

The service is for informational and entertainment purposes. It does not provide financial, gambling, or legal advice, does not guarantee contest results, and may contain errors or become unavailable. You are responsible for your entries, decisions, and compliance with contest rules and applicable law. Gamble responsibly.

Your uploads and data rights

You retain any rights you hold in files and data you upload. You grant GPP Lab a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, parse, transform, and otherwise process that material only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service for you.

Each time you upload material, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all permissions and licenses needed for this processing. Do not upload confidential information, personal data about others, unlawfully obtained material, or content from a paid or restricted source when its terms do not allow this use. Attribution by itself does not establish permission.

Projection snapshots are scoped to your private workspace and are not made available to other workspaces. Deleting a projection snapshot removes it from your workspace immediately and marks it for permanent purge after 30 days. Legal, security, or backup obligations may require limited retention where permitted by law. Optimizer and simulation runs keep the inputs and results they used, which can include projection values, until the workspace is deleted, even after you delete the snapshot.

Without an account, your workspace and everything in it is deleted after 30 days without a visit. A workspace linked to an account is kept until you delete the account, which deletes the workspace and its data. Saved runs have no separate age limit.

Late Swap files

Late Swap sends the entries and standings files you choose to our server, which processes them for that request and does not save the files, the standings, or other entrants' names to its database. The review it returns includes a signed record of your own entry IDs and lineups so you can download the changed file. The server accepts that record only from your workspace and for one hour; it is signed, not encrypted, so do not share it.

Private Results

Results file processing takes place temporarily in your browser. Do not submit original contest files or other entrants' names or entry IDs to the service. You must have acquired the file through authorized means and be authorized to submit the selected data for the described analysis. Selecting entries is your assertion of ownership, not independent verification of a source account.

On explicit save, we retain selected lineup and performance facts, limited contest-specific summaries, source and method provenance, your versioned acknowledgment, and any monetary assertions you add. Monetary edits retain prior revisions until the Results record is deleted or expires. Records are private to your workspace and may not be reused for shared calibration, cross-user aggregation, AI training, public publication, or sharing under this workflow.

Records and their monetary history expire 90 days after the first save, or earlier on deletion or workspace expiry. Account ownership does not remove that cap. Editing, account claim, and duplicate saving do not extend it. Longer retention is not available. Expired analysis is inaccessible, and a daily scheduled cleanup removes expired records independently of visits. User deletion removes the live record and its children.

Recovery copies may remain until their provider retention ends. Restoration must reapply deletion and expiry before data can return to service. Deletion of an existing record remains available through Results with workspace access, even if uploads are paused. Required source notices must be preserved or displayed; this acknowledgment does not establish source permission.

Invite requests

When you request an invite, we store the email address you enter, the time, and any referral tag in the page link, only so we can reply. We also link it to your browser workspace, only to limit repeated requests; deleting the workspace or account removes that link, not the request. We do not send newsletters or share the address. We delete the request after we reply, or 90 days after you sent it, whichever comes first. A request does not create an account. To have a request deleted sooner, email us from that address.

Usage measurement

When enabled, GPP Lab uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure public page visits and coarse actions such as invite requests and redemption, completed workspace linking, and clicks to Ko-fi or the projections partner. We send only approved route names, action outcomes, link placements, and approved campaign or referral categories. We do not send account identity, invite codes, uploaded files, private projections, or auth tokens. Analytics requests carry your IP address and browser information to Vercel; its analytics privacy documentation describes cookie-free measurement and visitor sessions discarded after 24 hours. Analytics reports on our Pro plan have a 12-month reporting window; session expiry does not delete aggregate reports. Blocking analytics does not affect access to tools. A Ko-fi click measures an outbound visit, not a donation.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt its systems, access another person's workspace, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the service in violation of law or a third-party agreement.

GPP Lab may restrict access, remove material, or suspend use when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal rights.

Third-party services and no affiliation

GPP Lab is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official integration of any third-party data or content provider, except that TwoGunGPT has given permission to be credited as its projections partner and for users to upload TwoGunGPT projection files. Neither site pays the other.

Third-party names are used only to identify compatible formats, contest sources, or factual data provenance. All third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of a third-party service or data remains subject to that provider's terms. Source-specific attribution and license links appear on the Data Sources page.

GPP Lab materials

Except for your uploads and third-party materials, the service, software, interface, branding, and original content are owned by GPP Lab or its licensors. These terms permit personal use of the service; they do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, or redistribution of the service.

Takedown and rights concerns

To report material that you believe infringes your rights or violates these terms, email info@thegpplab.com. Include your name and contact information, the material and its location, the basis for your concern, and any supporting documentation. GPP Lab may request additional information and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a report.

For other questions about these terms, use the same email address. You can also return to the GPP Lab home page.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or contest performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPP Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits or winnings; lost data; or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves. The date above will be updated when they do. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
